⏱️ 1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and shipping tracking details once your order is dispatched.
🚚 2. Delivery Timeframes
- Hyderabad & Telangana: 2–4 business days
- Other parts of India: 4–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary slightly due to location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.).
💰 3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applied during checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
🌍 4. International Shipping (Currently Unavailable)
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
- We are working towards expanding our reach beyond India in the near future.

📦 5. Packaging & Dispatch
- All products are packed with utmost care using eco-conscious and food-safe packaging materials to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.
- If a product arrives damaged, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
