At Akhila Cold Pressed Oil and Flour Mill, we strive to ensure every product that reaches you is of the highest quality and purity. However, in rare cases, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
✅ 1. Cancellation Policy
🔸 Before Shipment:
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched.
- To cancel, email us at akhilaorganics@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
- If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
🔸 After Shipment:
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may be eligible for return or replacement (see below).
📦 2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy unless the product meets the following conditions:
🟢 Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or tampered package
- Expired product
- Product quality issue (must be reported with evidence)
🔴 Not Eligible:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed items
- Damage due to improper storage after delivery
- Products purchased on sale or during a promotional offer
⏱ Return Request Timeline:
- You must initiate the return/exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
📩 3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or replacement, please email us at:

Include the following:
- Order ID
- Clear images or videos of the product & packaging
- Brief description of the issue
We will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.
💰 4. Refund Policy
If your return or cancellation is approved, we will initiate the refund within:
- 7–10 business days for prepaid orders
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to share your bank account details for refund processing.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, and you’ll be notified by email or SMS once completed.
📝 Note
- Refunds are subject to inspection and verification by our team.
- We reserve the right to reject refund/exchange requests if the product shows signs of use or damage after delivery.
